Yes. We confirm an all-in price before we move anything, and that's what you pay. We don't run a meter, and we don't add surprise fees for stairs, waiting or fuel at the door. If the job genuinely changes on the day, we'll discuss and agree any difference with you first.

Always. Every 3-ton and 10-ton booking includes an experienced, UAE-licensed professional driver who speaks Arabic and English and knows the routes. For moves and heavy loads, we can also send one or two loaders to help carry.
As a rule of thumb: the 3-ton pickup suits city deliveries, single items and studio-to-2-bedroom moves; the 10-ton truck suits villas, bulk materials, warehouse transfers and long-distance hauls. Not sure? Send a photo of the load and we'll recommend the most cost-effective option.
Yes. Just tell us when you book and we'll send loaders along with the driver. They'll carry, load, secure and unload your items as part of one agreed price.
As a licensed company, we handle every load responsibly with proper securing and care. For high-value cargo or specific insurance requirements, let us know in advance and we'll talk through the right arrangement for your shipment.

Yes. We bring straps and moving blankets, and our crew loads carefully so items don't shift or rub in transit. For extra-fragile pieces, mention them when booking and we'll take additional care.
